Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in good condition.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at beyondnormalshop@gmail.com and we will provide you with the next steps.
Once your return is accepted, please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process your refund.

 

Non-Refundable Items
If your item has been washed, damaged, worn, or changed from its original condition, it cannot be accepted for a refund.

If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help you with the next steps.
